Our Policy


Returns For Store Credit: All Tops, Dresses, and Bottoms can be returned within 14 days from delivery date for store credit only. Tags MUST be attached, and if they aren't, we will not be able to accept the item. In addition, the clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. These are just safety precautions that we as a business must take. We do not offer money back returns at this time. Any returns received that go pass our 14 day store policy will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that the cost of shipping will be deducted from all returns. 

Additional Info Regarding Returns: We do not pick up local delivery returns nor do we accept drop offs. We kindly ask that you have the package sent back to the address it was shipped from. We also recommend you getting a tracking number when shipping your returns back to the warehouse for security and protection.

Exchanges: Once your item is received on our end, we will then issue you a credit in which you may apply to your exchange order. Please be aware that we do not place holds over any items for exchanging purposes. 

Final Sale: All Hair Accessories, Swimwear, Bralettes, Bodysuits, Jewelry, Belts, Masks, Silicons, Sale Items, White colored apparel, and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned under any circumstances.No exceptions

Cancellations: We do not allow any orders to be canceled after completing a transaction so please be sure you want what you order before going through with your transaction.

Damaged Items: All items are well inspected before being shipped out, if any damages occur after purchasing, we do not take responsibility for them.

Reship Orders: Any orders that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect input in address will be charged a re ship fee as well as any return fees that the postal office charges us. Your order will not be reshipped out until all fees are paid.  Please also make sure to double check your address and include unit numbers before finalizing your order to avoid reship fees.
