Our Policy

Returns for store credit: All Tops, Dresses, and Bottoms can be returned within 14 days from delivery date for store credit only. Tags MUST be attached, and if they aren't, we will not be able to accept the item. In addition, the clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. These are just safety precautions that we as a business must take. (Please email us to proceed with a return)We do not offer money back returns at this time. Any returns received that go pass our 14 day store policy will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that the cost of shipping will be deducted from all returns.

Exchanges: It is the buyers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping for all exchanges coming to and from our warehouse. (Please email us to proceed with an exchange)

Final Sale: All Hair Accessories, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Jewelry, Sale Items, and Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged nor returned under any circumstances. No exceptions

International shipping: At this time, we do not offer International shipping.

Cancellations: We do not allow any orders to be canceled after making a transaction so please be sure you want what you order before completing your transaction.

Damaged Items: All items are well inspected before being shipped out, if any damages occur after purchasing, we do not take responsibility for them.

Reship Orders: Any orders that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect input in address will be charged a re ship fee. Please make sure to double check your address and include unit numbers before finalizing your order.
